Rendang ayam is a traditional dish and is served with white rice, Ketupat (glutinous rice) or Nasi Impit "compressed rice".
My first attempt in cooking Rendang ayam was during Eid Fitr 2014.
It is a very tasty dish and I love it very much.
I started blogging about Malaysia to share my knowledge, as and when I visited places, with tourist and would be tourists that are visiting Malaysia.
