Rendang ayam

Rendang ayam is a spicy chicken dish, prepared mostly during festive occasions and functions.
Rendang ayam is a traditional dish and is served with white rice, Ketupat (glutinous rice) or Nasi Impit "compressed rice".
My first attempt in cooking Rendang ayam was during Eid Fitr 2014. 
It is a very tasty dish and I love it very much.
