Banana Fry

In Malaysia, fried dishes stalls are very famous. They are quite a variety of commonly fried banana, curry puffs and other local fruits, and usually open from the afternoon to late evening, by the road sides. Any one interested for an afternoon snack will be able to buy them for snacks.
There a variety of banana fry with cheese, chocolate or plain.

For those who like to try, this is how you can make some banana fry (goreng pisang) step by step.

Ingrediends:
  • small bananas cut in slices
  • crispy deep fry mix
  • a pinch of salt and sugar to taste. 
  • half cup water
  • Oil to fry
Serving: You can put cheese or chocolate over it, after fried the bananas.
